Torrey R. Mandigo, PhD

Torrey R. Mandigo is a postdoctoral fellow co-mentored with James Walker, PhD. Dr. Mandigo leads the investigation of the role of potential insomnia-linked genes on sleep regulation in Drosophila. He also analyzes the causal role of insomnia in cardiovascular disease. His research interests include genetics, sleep, circadian rhythms, and neurobiology. Dr. Mandigo received his PhD from Boston College and Bachelor’s degree in Biology from the University of Vermont.
