Matthew Maher is a Bioinformatics Specialist in the MGH Saxena Lab. He provides computational and analytical support using a diverse set of tools and technologies for an ongoing wide set of genetics investigations across the Saxena Lab group. These investigations use biobanks and in-house data sets of genotyped, imputed, and sequenced genomic data ranging from sleep/metabolic to obstetric-related phenotypes. Matthew earned both a BS and MS in Computer Science from Boston University. He also received an MS in Bioinformatics from Brandeis University.
