Angus Burns is a collaborator, PhD student at Monash University’s Turner Institute for Brain and Mental Health co-mentored with Sean Cain, Associate Professor at Monash University. Angus researches the epidemiology of light exposure and its association with mood and sleep outcomes. Additional research includes the genetic architecture of circadian light sensitivity by studying gene-by-environment interactions of light exposure with common genetic variation in the UK Biobank. Angus is affiliated with the Center for Genomic Medicine at MGH and the Medical and Population Genetics program at the Broad Institute.
